HeelFix does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or medical advice. The App is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or podiatrist for medical concerns or conditions.

4. User Responsibilities & License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HeelFix on authorized Apple-branded devices. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or misuse the App or its underlying API services.

5. Subscriptions & Payment Terms

Access to premium features is offered via auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, and Annual) processed through Apple App Store. Payments, auto-renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, algorithms, user interfaces, and software code associated with HeelFix are our exclusive property and that of our licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
